How pricing works

No hourly surprises. Every stage is quoted in writing first.

We price each service on its own basis, so you only pay for the stages you actually engage us for. Send us the piece count, the storage window and the delivery address and you’ll have a written quote before anything is booked.

Sourcing & Procurement

Quoted per project.
Scaled to the number of vendors, custom orders and lead-time follow-up involved. Request a custom quote for your scope.

Receiving & Inspection

Per delivery, by the total cubic footage received.
Items received on the same day (up to five) are grouped into one size tier — small, medium, large or XL — so pricing follows volume, not weight. Includes unpacking, inspection and photo documentation.

Climate-Controlled Storage

Monthly, per cubic foot of stored inventory.
Billed monthly per item by its cubic footage, following a four-week grace period. Short holds that land within the grace period are covered, not billed.

Delivery & Installation

Hourly, scaled to your crew size.
Choose a two-, three- or four-person crew — each carries a different hourly rate. Distance, access (stairs, elevators, long carries), assembly complexity and debris removal extend on-site time.

Carpentry Installation

Hourly.
Cabinetry, shelving, wall panels, hardware, trim and wall-mounted fixtures. Material costs are billed separately unless you supply them.

Project Coordination

Quoted per project.
A dedicated coordinator manages vendors, scheduling, timelines, progress updates and the final walkthrough — priced to the size of the job.

Long-distance projects more than 75 miles from Knoxville, TN are quoted per job and include travel, crew time and lodging where required. Freight claims, repairs and third-party services are passed through at cost with documentation.
