Every project moves through the same disciplined pipeline — nothing ships to your client until it has been received, inspected, documented, and consolidated in our Knoxville facility.

Freight receiving
Ship direct from any manufacturer to our Knoxville facility. We schedule dock appointments, sign for freight, and log every piece against your project the moment it arrives.

Inspection & documentation
Each item is uncrated, inspected, and photographed. Concealed damage or defects are flagged to you and your designer immediately — while carrier claim windows are still open.

Secure storage & consolidation
Items are re-protected and stored in organized project bays. We hold everything until the full order is complete, so your installation happens in one coordinated push.

Delivery scheduling
We coordinate delivery windows with you, your client, and site access — including COIs for buildings that require them. Nationwide delivery is available from our Knoxville hub.

White-glove installation
Our crew places, assembles, levels, and installs every piece to your design plan — art, mirrors, window treatments, and case goods included.
- 06
Debris removal & punch support
All packaging leaves with us. We walk the space with you, handle the punch list, and stand behind the install until you sign off.
